本會以推廣文化、倡導社會福利之防癌、照護、研究、教育與社會公益為宗旨，依有關法令規定辦理下列業務：
- 推動防癌教育：
提供正確的防癌觀念、健康飲食、氣功運動，提升免疫力。 - 關懷照護服務：
推動身心障礙者、癌症患者，關懷、照顧、服務。 - 醫療服務諮詢：
提供各類醫療諮詢、轉介、就醫服務。 - 學術專案研究：
發展有關癌症預防、社會福利，社會 公益等學術專題、專案研究 - 社區專題講座：
發展非營利組織夥伴關係、經驗交流研討會，辦理社區心理衛生教育宣導講座、癌症輔助療法研討、社區健康議題、專業人員座談、研討會。
依據上述之精神、宗旨，擬積極募款籌設『癌症病患希望園區』公益教育癌友防癌、抗癌知識，藉以提升「身心靈」的層次及認知。促使癌友皆得以「正面積極」的心態來面對病症。

Promote anti-cancer education:
Provide correct anti-cancer concepts, healthy diet, Qi Gong exercise, and improve immunity.
Care and care services:
Promote care, care, and service for people with disabilities and cancer patients.
Medical Service Consultation:
Provide various medical consultation, referral and medical services.
Academic project research: Development of academic topics and project research on cancer prevention, social welfare, social welfare, etc.
Community seminars:
Develop partnerships with non-profit organizations, experience exchange seminars, conduct community mental health education publicity seminars, cancer adjuvant therapy seminars, community health issues, professional seminars, and seminars.
Based on the above-mentioned spirit and purpose, it is planned to actively raise funds to set up the “Cancer Patient Hope Park” to educate cancer patients on cancer prevention and anti-cancer knowledge, so as to enhance the level and awareness of “body, mind, and soul”. Encourage cancer friends to face the illness with a “positive and positive” attitude.
