本會係以幫助人類恢復身、心、靈健康，遠離疾病的威脅為宗旨。依有關法令規定辦理下列業務：
推廣教授返老還童修煉氣功：
世界各地推廣教授返老還童修煉氣功及其相關課程，讓國人及全世界人類身心靈健康，降低本國及世界各國醫療費用支出。
- 建立各國希望園區：
於世界各國籌設『癌症病患希望園區』。 - 發展優質、安全、休閒、環保農業：
以希望園區為起點，種植及生產安全優質農產品、結合休閒農業概念，且將此概念與作法推及世界各國，達到促進人類身心靈健康之目的。 - 推廣正確的飲食及觀念：
推廣健康飲食，改變台灣及各國農產品與食品，安全生產與製造之觀念，提供世人安全健康的食物。 - 辦理防癌、安全農業教育：
宣導正確的防癌、安全農業及無毒環境之觀念、鼓勵健康飲食、氣功運動，降低罹癌機會。 - 關懷照護服務：
推動身心障礙者、癌症患者，醫療、生活、學習、經濟四大關懷照護需求。 - 學術專案研究：
鼓勵有關癌症預防、健康安全農業、社會福利，社會 公益等學術專題、專案研究。 - 依據上述之精神、宗旨，籌設『癌症病患希望園區』辦理公益性質之免費教授氣功、生產安全健康的農產品、提供優質的休閒去處、教育癌友及世人防癌抗癌之詳確知識及提供最新之系統資訊，藉以提升癌友及世人「身心靈」的層次及認知。促使患者皆得以「信心樂觀進取」的心態來面對病症，一般世人亦得以預防疾病於未然。

Promote and teach Infinite Youth Qigong:
Promote the practice of Infinite Youth Qigong and its related courses all over the world, so that people in the country and the world can be physically, mentally healthy and reduce medical expenses in the country and the world.
- Establish Garden of Hope in Various Countries:
Establish “Garden of Hope for Cancer Patients” in various countries around the world. - Develop high-quality, safe, leisure, and environmentally friendly agriculture:
Starting from the Garden of Hope, plant and produce safe and high-quality agricultural products, combine the concept of leisure agriculture, and extend this concept and practice to countries around the world to achieve the goal of promoting human physical, mental, and spiritual health. - Promote correct diet and concepts:
Promote healthy diet, change the concepts of safe production and manufacturing of agricultural products and food in Taiwan and other countries, and provide safe and healthy food for the world. - Handle cancer prevention and safe agriculture education:
Promote the correct concepts of cancer prevention, safe agriculture and non-toxic environment, encourage healthy diet, qigong exercise, and reduce the chance of cancer. - Care and care services:
Promote the four major care and care needs of people with disabilities, cancer patients, medical care, life, learning, and economy. - Academic project research:
Encourage research on academic topics and projects related to cancer prevention, healthy and safe agriculture, social welfare, and professional research. - In accordance with the above-mentioned spirit and purpose, the “Cancer Patient Garden of Hope” was established to provide free public welfare teaching of qigong, produce safe and healthy agricultural products, provide high-quality leisure places, educate cancer friends, and the world’s detailed knowledge of cancer prevention and anti-cancer. Provide the latest system information to enhance the level and cognition of cancer friends and the world’s “body, mind, and soul”. It encourages patients to face the illness with a “confident, optimistic and enterprising” mentality, and the general world can also prevent the disease before it occurs.
